to Creative Homes. From initial concept to completion, I have been providing personalized custom building services for the past 30 years. I am a journeyman carpenter/project manager and work with the draftsmen, engineers, tradesman, materials and equipment needed in the building process. Taking on only one project at a time allows for attention to detail and productive efficiency. A live aboard boat and motorhome make it possible to build in rural locations. An approximate price estimate can be given and work is done on a cost plus percentage basis.
